Supports Field Sales Manager in day-to-day team management, goals, and objectives attainment, which includes sales, display execution, product quality maintenance, point of sale placement, both temporary and permanent, category management (which provides for resetting work and any market presence refresh), support wthe category management team needs assistanceteam. Work with a salesperson in the team area once weekly to learn that route for vacation, sick, or other needed coverage. May also be required to cross-train in other FSM team territories. Learned all company used hardware and software applications.
