Your role at MOBE

The Senior Digital Product Analyst will support the Digital Operations team within MOBE and work directly with the Digital Product Managers and Digital Product Director to sustain and grow our current digital capabilities and platform across all audiences. This role will work cross functionally with all areas of the organization including legal, marketing, market research, operations, and IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Digital Product Director, Digital Product Managers, Digital Product Analysts and operational partners to maintain and improve capabilities and processes
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to compile and analyze metrics and data trends to support recommendations for changes to the end user platform and supporting processes
  • Identify and scope new digital capabilities/ enhancements by understanding end user needs and stakeholder priorities
  • Bring clarity to development efforts by composing clear user stories, developing supporting artifacts (e.g., process flows), and participating in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, standup, etc.)
  • Organize product releases via tight collaboration with stakeholders and Digital team on business prioritization and expectations, and coordination with technical teams on feasibility, dependencies, and implementation schedules
  • Maintain product documentation (capability overviews, capability matrix, backlog, roadmap, etc.)
  • Communicate digital product performance to functional leaders
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accountability and confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned to help fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE’s Guiding Principles

 

 
Position Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience working on a digital product team, preferably within the healthcare domain

Preferred:

  • Software development and/ or implementation experience preferred
  • Experience with or understanding of human-centered design principles and service design
