- Adhere to the policies and standards adopted by OCCK, contract agencies, and other governmental agencies
- Maintain knowledge of licensure and other regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
- Maintain or contribute to agency policies, procedures, and service manuals, ensuring that additions or changes are made
- Ensure brochures, forms, and other company documents are up to date and accessible to staff
- Assist with report completion as required by funding sources
- Represent OCCK at relevant meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with different systems that interact with OCCK.
- Effectively communicate OCCK values and philosophies.
- Adhere to the policies and standards adopted by OCCK, contract agencies, and other governmental agencies.
- Provide training and information to staff as requested.
- Coordinate with all service departments as needed to help monitor and improve existing services
- Attend required training
- Comply with all OCCK policies and procedures
- Perform all job duties in a safe manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by President/Chief Executive Officer
