  • Maintain knowledge of licensure and other regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
  • Maintain or contribute to agency policies, procedures, and service manuals, ensuring that additions or changes are made 
  • Ensure brochures, forms, and other company documents are up to date and accessible to staff
  • Assist with report completion as required by funding sources
  • Represent OCCK at relevant meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with different systems that interact with OCCK.
  • Effectively communicate OCCK values and philosophies.
  • Adhere to the policies and standards adopted by OCCK, contract agencies, and other governmental agencies.
  • Provide training and information to staff as requested.
  • Coordinate with all service departments as needed to help monitor and improve existing services
  • Attend required training
  • Comply with all OCCK policies and procedures
  • Perform all job duties in a safe manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by President/Chief Executive Officer
 
Position Requirements
  • Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles or have access to transportation
  • Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Kansas
  • Past supervisory experience preferred
