This full time position will provide case management services to families and individuals who are housed in the community and will conduct home visits at least weekly with clients. The case manager is also responsible for intake processing and assisting clients getting into the program. Driving and some weekend hours may be required.   Position Requirements Experience working with homelessness and housing is preferred.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
