This position is located in St. Louis City and expected to last 1-2 months, and the hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Case managers will offer wraparound services to assist veteran families in maintaining self-sufficiency and housing stability. In doing so, the case manager will meet with the veteran families to develop an Individual Service Strategy/Treatment Plan of Care, coordinate individualized services for housing stability, coordinate individualized services for financial stability and document all support related to activities and services.   Position Requirements   This position is currently not accepting applications.
