Description:

The Creative team at PFL articulates and brings to life who we are as a brand and the value our products offer through various communication touchpoints.

We are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of digital design who can tell our brand story and engage audiences through visual storytelling. Our ideal candidate has experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including webpages, motion graphics, and digital assets.

Who you are:

As a Graphic Designer on our Experience Product team at PFL, you will conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with our brand identity while driving desired customer behaviors and propelling our creative vision forward. You will need to be hardworking, passionate, creative, and strategically minded in this role.

Some of the things you will be doing for us:

  • Assist in the production of sales enablement materials (presentations, catalogs, product photos, etc.)
  • Work directly with customers to support professional creative service requests from concept to completion (print, packaging, landing pages, emails, etc.)
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to PFL's experience products using your expertise and eye for great design
  • Manage projects through the entire design process; from strategy to concept to iteration to prototypes to completed design assets and final production files
  • Submit creative deliverables within the deadline
  • Assist in the creation of new experience products
  • Support experience product standardization (create standard work, prototypes, samples for new and existing products, etc.)
  • Maintain and expand PFL's 'ready-made design' library
  • Design products for experience product photoshoots and customer samples
  • Proactively push forward new ideas and seek out new tools to increase efficiencies (software, industry knowledge)

Your skills:

  • Have a creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense
  • Highly motivated, continually presenting new ideas and best practices
  • Collaborative and able to prioritize multiple competing demands
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong prepress print/packaging experience
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and standard presentation tools (PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable taking a concept and running with it
  • Ability to receive, process and apply constructive criticism/feedback from peers and supervisors
  • Strong knowledge of digital design best practices
  • Structural packaging design experience preferred

Compensation range: $80k-$100k, based on experience. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, PTO, bereavement, and paid parental leave.
