Location: Cobourg, Ontario Responsibilities of the Onsite Manager include, but are not limited to: Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Manage customer inquiries including report requests, quotes and month-end processes Proactively anticipate and act on customer needs Quote prices and process customer orders Daily procurement, shipping/receiving and inventory management Manage overall operations of location, including all on-site employees   Position Requirements Qualifications of the Onsite Manager include, but are not limited to: Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing and inventory experience within an Integrated Supply/Industrial Distribution environment, including attention to sales and customer engagement Minimum 2-5 years experience with SAP or similar program Post-secondary education with focus on planning/procurement considered an asset Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience. Petrochemical warehouse/procurement experience considered an asset Experience supervising and mentoring direct reports Following and implementing DXP policies and procedures Strong written and verbal skills in English- bilingualism considered an asset Clear criminal background Successful drug and alcohol screening outcome DXP is always looking for individuals who want to join a team of employees who have the desire to achieve remarkable accomplishments together.
