The Residential Treatment Facility program provides safe, structured care for adolescents with a history of trauma and behavioral problems. We help youth to develop skills that will allow for positive reintegration into their families and communities. As a Case Manager, you will develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) for youth receiving treatment. Case Managers ensure the safety, health, and well-being of residents, making sure that youth receive the support they need to achieve their goals.   Position Requirements MSW with 1+ years of Case Management experience and 1+ years of behavioral health experience with adolescents.
