Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions and recommend action plans from the research. Act as a point of the first reference for all product-related inquiries and work collaboratively with clinical research and regulatory colleagues to address any issues that may arise. Partner with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and practitioners to gather product feedback and clinical usage feedback to improve products and expand treatment offerings Develop knowledge of competitive products and companies and develop marketing strategies to address them - prepare competitor product information for the sales team Serve as a product trainer for worldwide sales, clinical, and marketing teams. Manage the launch of new products from infancy to existence Create content for materials needed for marketing programs through the Marketing Communications team, providing input on strategic messaging, copy, image use. etc. Manage the writing of white papers and peer-review papers as needed Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing and promotional programs to determine their success Investigate new markets and propose new products within those markets; Identify trends throughout the medical marketplace, mainly but not limited to laser. Write white papers and peer-review papers.
