MUST LIVE in Phoenix, AZ, equipment provided prior to day 1, remote work thereafter.

Preferred but not required to have customer service experience in a call center setting

 

What you’ll do:

  • Assist callers by phone with account management regarding a number of inquiries
  • Provide an iconic customer experience and execute calls with empathy
  • Execute chat messaging and typing skills with customers
  • Absorb skills and techniques in training and apply them to your calls
  • Take and process information with accuracy
  • Meet personal performance goals

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge of basic Windows-based programs
  • Typing speed of 25wpm with accuracy
  • 1 year of experience preferred but not required
  • Your own USB headset and high-speed internet (hard-wired)
