Pay $65,000 -$85,000/annual DOE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Ensure that all payroll processes are completed accurately and within the allotted time.
  • Monthly new hire reporting.
  • Tax Compliance changes.
  • Stay up to date on all FLSA changes.
  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-end balancing of payroll records.
  • Year-end W-2 processing.
  • Maintain all Finance software (Abra, Mas200, Unitime, FRX, Crystal Reports, Alerts, Clean G/L, Visual Integrator jobs, plus any necessary additions)
  • Any other task assigned my management.
 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years experience in Payroll.
  • 10 Years Tax Experience
  • 5 Years Software Administration
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or other equivalent
  • Ten years payroll work experience
  • Management experience desired

 

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

 

  • Stand – 15%
  • Walk – 15%
  • Sit – 70%
  • Lift – up to 50 lbs

  • Requires ability to handle numerous activities at once and complete in a timely manner
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision and possess an impeccable attention to detail, excellent customer service and organizational skills is required
  • Must be willing to work in a time-sensitive environment and effectively handle stress that is associated with meeting deadlines, and managing unexpected change
  • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
  • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully with significant detail
  • Ability to make decisions which have a significant impact on the immediate work unit, and monitor impact outside immediate work unit
  • Ability to express clear communication orally and in writing
  • Must possess excellent customer service, and organizational skills
