Job Opportunity
The Finance Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring our field partners are paid timely, to help ensure we maintain key partnerships. This role will also process all customer facing billing for the Facilities Maintenance group. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to spend the bulk of their day working on repetitive, detail-oriented work, while moving at a fast pace. This role will be responsible for making financial decisions that benefit DAVACO’s customer and business, you must be able to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in this role.
We are seeking a candidate that is interested in fast growth, and the ability to take on the challenge of a newly established company process that will evolve into additional leadership opportunities.
Qualifications
- Two to three years’ experience working in a clerical role with data-driven output that requires high attention to detail.
- Experience processing mass quantities of data and a high pace. Estimate roughly 500-700 transactions per month.
- Experience identifying appropriate cost structure based on customer & vendor agreements, to assess payments and billables.
- Ability to run Excel reports relative to transactions taken to report on actions made.
- Must be able to complete VLOOKUP & create pivot tables in Excel.
