Part-time BPOC Records Specialist 

Description
  • Criminal Justice or related work experience preferred
  • Create and submit CLEET reporting for course attendance
  • Interact with CLEET liason as needed for questions, agency approvals, and communications
  • Maintain classroom attendance records
  • Monitor cadet commissioning and certification records
  • Prepare course material for beginning of courses including sending documents to print as needed
  • Manage a list of revisions suggested for BPOC presentations-coordinate with subject matter expert and instructional coordinator to determine how to implement (CLEET approval required or not, etc.)
  • Hours not to exceed 19 per week
 
Position Requirements
  1. Demonstrate extensive organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
  2. Comfortable with multi-tasking and dealing with deadlines.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and in utilizing databases to submit regulatory reports.
  4. Ability to learn and operate classroom technology.
  5. Comfortable with independent research on regulatory requirements.
  6. Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. – prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)
  7. Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech’s ACD program.
  8. Participate in professional development opportunities as required by the ACD department.
  9. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Associates degree preferred.  
Salary Schedule Standard Rate Schedule for Non-Regular (Temporary, Adjunct,
Substitute) and Regular-Part Time Employees  
Hiring Range $15/hour
