Summary of Job Title: A tier II Patient Services Representative’s goal is to provide support to tier I representatives and aid in the support services that are essential to providing the patients of Revenue Cycle clients answers to their questions related to billing. A representative in this role will have obtained in-depth knowledge of the practice management platforms that the team supports. They will also have an in-depth understanding of the interdepartmental tools needed for all representatives to be successful and efficient.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Escalations regarding any of the below functions, in addition to maintaining a small volume of these functions in their own work queue.
