About CPE’s CompStat for Justice (C4J) Team

One of CPE’s most robust program offerings is C4J, a data-driven intervention working to help communities and their police agencies create safer, healthier, and more just communities. CPE works directly with police departments and communities to identify the drivers of racial disparities and to reimagine how policing services are delivered. • Support creation and maintenance of implementation timelines and management of competing priorities across multiple C4J projects

  • Build and execute plans using project management software (Asana)

  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement through superior communication and hand-off of tasks between C4J and its collaborators, including external partners and internal stakeholders

  • Proactively identify risks to team bandwidth and project completion and effectively address and resolve issues

  • Develop, enforce, and improve established processes, standards, and documentation needed to successfully execute on program goals

  • Manage capacity and the volume of day-to-day work in progress

  • Define and track key performance indicators

  • Other duties as assigned by the C4J Program Manager and C4J Senior Project Manager

  • Bachelor's degree / 2+ years of project management experience

  • Demonstrated experience with a variety of project management methodologies, tools, and software
