Administrative Coordinator - SPECIALIST (Avon, MA) 


Position Summary: Provides support for Branch or Region and a specific function within the business.

This person will answer calls that come in, provide administrative support for Contracts, include new contract set up and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a go getter, self-starter, and willing to learn.

Review and prepare documents

Provide operations support and documentation support for Managers

Coordinates or provides services or specialized, detailed information to others by having an in-depth understanding of the body of knowledge related to the information or service provided,

Position Requirements

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Accomplishes the required work independently by gathering and organizing required information, maintaining required records, evaluating various approaches to completing projects, developing tools and utilizing available resources to achieve desired outcomes, exercising judgment to make decisions, and assuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Administrative support for new Contracts and Sub- Contracts.
  • Responsible for creating new jobs with the company’s ERP system.
  • Distribution of Weekly Certified Payroll reports for Contract Compliance.
  • Material Certification submittals for Contract Compliance.
  • Monthly Contract Compliance Reporting
  • General Support for the Branch
  • Other duties as assigned


Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is preferred
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience as an office administrative assistant, construction industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work is a fast-paced construction office environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word as well as skilled use of office equipment
