Write SQL code to develop enterprise analytics to create actionable insights. Recommends process improvement based on research and technical analysis. Independently drives data analysis and develops insights for use by Management. This position also focuses on: Perform analysis of Risk & Compliance as well as Project Management data to provide insight into CIP & QC audits, project performance, resource allocation, KPI variances and other data relative to the PMO & Risk and Compliance offices. Analyze data to identify trends, outline causes and reasons for trends and recommend actions to improve. Write SQL code to develop enterprise analytics and create actionable insights. Develops graphs, reports and presentations. Performs statistical analysis upon request. Creates and presents quality dashboards. Maintain appropriate databases and data systems for the department. Implements data collection systems and updates. Acquires and abstracts primary and secondary data from existing internal or external data sources. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends and patterns in complex data sets to develop recommendations to be used in promoting and making recommendations in the digital and transactional channels for the organization. Attend meetings within the PMO and Risk & Compliance departments to stay up to date on the latest project plans and regulations. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: A college degree. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. OTHER SKILLS: Strong analytical spreadsheet and communication skills, demonstrated ability to handle multiple project simultaneously, new product development, packaging design, competitive analysis, consumer promotion, advertising media and copy, scan data analysis.
