Description

We are looking only for the best to join our highly successful Inside Sales team based in Chandler, AZ. If you are looking to earn a lucrative performance-based income in a 40-hour work week, then this is the position for you. We incentivize our sales reps to work hard and play hard, and each person is rewarded for their efforts.

You're literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our customers starts with you.

Job Purpose:


Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.

Duties:

  • Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers* Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

The Call Center Representative position includes a base pay with opportunity for weekly commission and bonuses. This compensation plan allows our average team member to make $25 hourly, with our top earners making $35+ an hour.
