Case Manager- Adoption House "Supervised Visitation Program" 


Part - Time - 20 hours- Tues- Friday with Flexibility to work on Saturday. Bilingual Spanish helpful. Location: Union, NJ

Key Responsibilities

  • Works toward accomplishing and adheres to department/ Agencey goals, ethical standards and the laws and regulations which goven the overall mental and helthcare industries.
  • Maintains confidentiality and immediatlely reports to management breaches in confidentiality
  • Practices job requirements on an accurate, timely and regular basis
  • Observes and maintains appropriate professional boundaries with clients, co-workers and supervisors
  • Attends all scheduled meetings as assigned
  • Meets relevant continuing educational/training requirements
  • Completes all required documentation/paperwork accurately and within established time-frames
  • Accurately and on a timely basis completes tasks required by the Agency's time collection system
  • Fulfulls all CPNJ mandatory requirements, as required by CPNJ
  • Knowledgeable of, and practices the organization's health and safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to fire safety and emergency preparedness, infection control procedures and incident reporting.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Two (2) years experience working within a health care or behavioral health setting; Experience working with adults with acute symptoms of mental illness and with chronic health care conditions
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance
