Your role: health screens to determine the need for therapy/nursing services, communication with the therapy team, MD, homecare agency and ancillary staff to facilitate services. If you enjoy talking with people, working independently, and overseeing services you will enjoy this position. Hours vary depending upon the location and weekly need.You can chose location(s) based upon what is convenient for you. Openings span the entire Chicagoland and suburban areas. Two primary areas for hire are: Oak Brook and Bloomingdale.
