LOCATION: Work is located in San Diego - on site work required and additional travel to USN ships once per year.

Description:
Network Support Technician will be assisting in developing, building and integrating network and processing capabilities in virtualized environments by providing network system maintenance and admin support. Systems include software and hardware maintenance, integration and interface support.
Network Support Technician Specific duties include:
Troubleshooting network systems and offer Root Cause Analysis.
Network contingency support and technical input.
Some work to be completed shipboard.
Network Support Technician Required Qualifications:
Desired Education: Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Desired Certification: IAT Level II

Network Support Technician Target Experience:
Recent Network Technician Support serving the Navy (5 yrs+)
Recent experience configuring routers/switches including Access Control List (ACL), network troubleshooting, packet capture and equipment configuration. (5yrs+)
Requirements: US Citizen and active TS/SCI Clearance
