Schedule details: A 37.5 hours/week position and will work every other Saturday and take another day off in that week. Alternate week to week with 3 days in social services and two in admissions with the flexibility to adapt as demand requires. Preferably have LTC social work experience and trainable in the Admissions procedures. ProMedica Senior Care (formerly ManorCare) Whitehall is a beautiful, modern 166 bed medical rehab/ LTC facility. The schedule is 8am-4:30pm four days per week. Pay is based on experience! Qualifications are: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a Human Services field desirable.
