Maintenance Coordinator  

Description Serve as the as the local owner for the computerized maintenance management software (Infor EAM)
Provide coordination between maintenance and operations for all planned maintenance work
Work with maintenance manager to schedule all planned maintenance work;
Plan all non-emergency maintenance work including corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance ensuring that all required manpower, materials, methods and machinery are available to perform the work safely and efficiently
Manage work order backlog to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and provide feedback to the maintenance manager on all overdue work;
Manage inventory of parts within plant maintenance department
Position Requirements 3-5 years of related industrial maintenance experience
Excellent computer skills a must- Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Outstanding organizational skills (time management and follow up)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Ability to compile and analyze data plus pull reports from various systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Be comfortable working within a fast paced and highly entrepreneurial organization
Excellent attendance and flexibility with schedule to arrive early/stay late to meet critical deadlines, sometimes with little notice
Demonstrate initiative, strong multi-tasking skills, good judgment, sense of urgency and professionalism
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Ability to lift, push, and pull 35 lbs
Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED
