Service Contract Associate (Sales and Contract Experience Required)

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with preparing, reviewing, and administering service contract proposals, including contract renewals and warranty conversions.
  • Communicate with domestic and international customers the service provided to clients.
  • Customer account administration and interface with customers to resolve technical support and customer care issues.
  • Manage service contact records, including order/termination dates, type of contracts, payments records, etc.
  • Monitor progress of current service contract conversion rate and recommend and implement methods to improve conversion rates.
  • Organize service contract data and generate trends for management review.
  • Work closely with Accounting for contractual billing.
  • Interface with customers and create promotional material to increase contract renewals and warranty conversions.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Assist with other ongoing service support tasks when needed, including opening and closing service calls, taking and processing general service emails and telephone calls, etc., as directed by management.

 

 
Position Requirements

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field preferred
  • Sales and Contract Administration experience required
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Enterprise solution software familiarity is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, creative, enthusiastic, and capable of staying under control with pressure from multiple ongoing projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible, with the ability to multitask. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
