Shifts may vary day or night, specify your availability on the application. Performs non-medical services and activities per instructions listed in the Client Home Record which may include, but not limited to: Personal Care services such as ambulation assistance, bathing & showering, continence care & toileting, changing briefs, transfers & positioning, taking vitals, skin care, hair care & shampooing, mouth & denture care, shaving with electric razor, dressing, feeding, Alzheimer's & Dementia care, Parkinson's care, and Diabetic meal planning. Performs Companionship services as described in the Companion/Homemaker job description. Performs Homemaking activities as described in the Companion/Homemaker job description. Prepares meals and snacks for client according to client/family and supervisor's instructions. Provides companionship for the client including: accompanying client on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, assistance with hobbies, etc. Willing to be available to fill in as needed is a plus! Primarily works in Client's place of residence Priority is given to those who cover fill in as needed or are available to be on-call.
