Share Email Opening Title CNA / Licensed or by experience  Description   Performs non-medical services and activities per instructions listed in the Client Home Record which may include, but not limited to: Personal Care services such as ambulation assistance, bathing & showering, continence care & toileting, changing briefs, transfers & positioning, taking vitals, skin care, hair care & shampooing, mouth & denture care, shaving with electric razor, dressing, feeding, Alzheimer's & Dementia care, Parkinson's care, and Diabetic meal planning. Performs Companionship services as described in the Caregiver/Companion job description. Performs Homemaking activities as described in the Caregiver/Companion job description. Prepares meals and snacks for client according to client/family and supervisor's instructions. Provides companionship for the client including: accompanying client on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, assistance with hobbies, etc. The CNA is responsible for accurate, detailed written documentation of service provided. Primarily works in Client's place of residence Shift times and days vary with client needs & we work with your schedule!  On-going training provided with opportunities for advancement. Improving the quality of life of those we serve!   Position Requirements Priority given to those with at least six months' experience. Please note CNA licensure on application. Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and use of an insured, dependable automobile. Clean background and driving check results, and random drug screens required.
