HOURS: Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM  Fridays 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM STARTING PAY: $18/hour  Purpose LaForce is looking for a 1st Shift Metal Fabricator to be responsible for set-up and operation of CNC Mechanical Shear, Hydraulic Press Breaks and Punch Presses in the fabrication process of hollow metal frames and frame components.  Major Responsibilities Set-up and operation of spot welding equipment     Interpret pertinent information from shop orders, shop drawings and frame templates    Safe operation of fork lift trucks for movement of materials Maintain accurate paper work and record keeping Assist in other operations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to three months of related experience and/or training. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Physical Demands The employee is required to frequently use hands to lift up to 69# Floor to 60”, carry up to 69#, and push/pull up to 100# force.
