Join the team of a growing community health center located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, just outside of Charlotte, NC.   Organizational Qualities: Strong community partnerships and well-respected in the community Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition Committed, diverse, equitable, consumer-led Board of Directors Mission-focused, experienced, and driven executive leadership team Outstanding clinical team of providers, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff Integrated, patient-centered care (social workers, community health workers, clinical support specialists, counselors, interpreter) On-site pharmacy (discounted medications for patients) On-site dental clinic preparing to start a dental residency program (will integrate with medical program) Robust HIV prevention, care, and support services Medication Assisted Treatment for substance use disorders Beautiful main site facility (30,000 sq. ft built in 2018) Three additional satellite sites, including one school-based site   Compensation: Base pay up to $225,000 annually, plus incentive pay, based on experience.   Benefits: Fully funded health insurance Paid-Time Off CME time and funding Group Health /Life/Dental/Vision/Disability Malpractice: Federal Tort Claim Act (FTCA) 403B Retirement Plan with 3% match 12 Paid Holidays National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program Participation Professional Licenses paid by organization Relocation Expense Allowance   Position Requirements Medical degree from a 4 year accredited medical college or university Board certification preferred Successful completion of intern and residency programs. Licensed in State of South Carolina to practice medicine and in good standing Federal DEA license S.C.
