This position targets certain populations and/or areas to locate, recruit, and screen applicants as potential resource parents and homes for children in need; including but not limited to applicants willing to take sibling groups, older youth, youth who identify with the LGBTQ population and/or youth with behavioral issues. They are continuously marketing organizations and the role of a resource parent.   Position Requirements BSW and previous experience as a resource home recruiter preferred but not required. experience working with children and families in social work or human services setting Experience working with diverse populations and diverse staff. Knowledge of social services, child welfare, and family systems services. Ability to attend evening and weekend community events and meetings in-person or online. The use of a currently inspected car each day, including the possession of current auto insurance and driver’s license, and willingness to serve clients within a 50-mile radius of the main office. Comfortable visiting with applicants in their homes following COVID 19 guidelines (i.e., wearing masks, social distancing).   This position is currently not accepting applications.
