In addition the Human Resources Director responsibilities, Senior Human Resources Director (Sr HRD) is responsible for assisting the Regional HR Manager (RHRM) by providing HR oversight/assistance for the centers assigned to them. Sr HRDs are required to visit assigned centers periodically (as needed and/or determined by RHRM), which requires being out of their own center, and meeting with the center HRD and Administrator to discuss the visit. The Sr HRD is responsible for immediately alerting center Administrator and RHRM when problems are identified and corrective measures are needed. The Sr HRD is considered a role model in the region and is expected to conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner at all times. Emphasis in human resources management preferred.   Position Requirements One to three years prior human resources or employee training and development experience, required; Prior LTC experience required.
