Hui Huliau employees help us achieve this mission by providing outstanding service to our customers.   Shift Days   Description Primary Responsibilities: Pono Aina Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Hui Huliau, a Global Federal Government Contracting Firm, is seeking a Mobile Communications Engineering Manager in Tampa, FL. The Mobile Communications Engineering Manager understands the complexity of all mobile communications, combat control, Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and applicable mobile tactical integration for all TACLAN dependencies with Tactical Communications C4 Programs. Provide TACLAN and Field Computing Device (FCD) specific support and procedural guidance to PEO-C4 Tactical Communications stakeholders for all Joint Close Air Support Training (JCAS) Training and Rehearsal Systems (TRS) training research and development. Support of Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Simulation and Training. Review and advise the TACLAN APM on applicable lesson plans, objectives, tests, criterion checklists, study guides and other course materials. Operate operational tests and evaluations utilizing real time assets or available simulator technology. Development of JTAC SOF simulation scenarios and JTAC Instructor Operator Systems (IOS). Perform TACLAN and FCD specific Test and Evaluation (T&E) of JTAC related efforts to meet established Joint Operation Requirement Document (JORD) standards. Conduct all TACLAN and FCD mobile communications related testing and interaction with Battlefield Airman Office (BAO) and other DoD agencies in support of tactical mobile communications efforts.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Mobile Communications Engineering Manager   Position Requirements Must Have Knowledge and/or Experience: TS/SCI Security Clearance is required 5+ years Engineering management experience 5+ years SOCOM management experience Field Computing Device Training and Rehearsal Systems (TRS) Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Joint Close Air Support Training (JCAS) Understanding of FCD mobile communications Desired Knowledge and/or Experience: Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) 2+ years Joint Operation Requirement Document familiarity Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to occasionally stand; walk; sit; use hands and/or fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; operate office equipment, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; talk or hear.
