IDEAL CANDIDATES POSSESS:

  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English (Required)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal sense of motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to be a strong team player
  • Strong comfort level with navigating multiple monitors and programs simultaneously
  • No criminal history (we do require a background check)
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM
  • Reliable internet connection at home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resolves customer inquiries and questions regarding tax-related concerns
  • Assisting in all facets of Customer Service
  • Records and verifies names, addresses, purchases, and specific feedback of customers to maintain an accurate customer list
  • Data entry into CRM system
  • Educate taxpayers on customer specific information
  • Contacts customers to gather market research
  • May be required to work overtime to support the needs of business
  • This position is remote (work-from-home) to start, but could be called back into the office, post-pandemic
