Share Email Opening Title Syndication Specialist  Category Legal   Description This role is responsible for providing working capital and equipment finance solutions through our syndication network of lenders to customers by prospecting, qualifying, and closing transactions. Major Duties and Responsibilities Syndication Servicing Review credit file and transaction documents to gain complete understanding of transaction including pricing, deal structure, collateral evaluation, credit requirements, and sales/use tax to accurately present syndication transactions. Create and manage syndication packages including but not limited to credit and documentation files, closing documents, pricing, and investor feedback. Review documentation packages for completeness and accuracy; and resolve any issues. Take a leadership role in the development and maintenance of syndication relationships. Manage due diligence and data requests from syndication partners. Provide input/guidance on transactions regarding potential syndication issues. Draft standard syndication documents (Specification, Power of Attorney, Buy-back Letter, etc.). Engage management to ensure clear communication on syndication issues. Assist with internal reporting and audit requests. Assist with process improvement initiatives. Skills and Abilities Ability to deliver results in a timely and accurate manner under tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task and manage heavy transaction volume. Effective organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail oriented.
