Management (Store and Service)
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store including meeting or exceeding sales objectives, ensuring the staff is satisfied, productive and properly trained and that customers receive outstanding service and responsiveness. The Store Manager sets expectations and communicates regularly with associates on customer satisfaction, safety, goals and training while ensuring policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
Candidate Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Valid Driver's license; Bachelor's degree is preferred; Two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience; Prior management experience of two or more people; At least 18 years old; Must be able to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
