Model and uphold biblical priorities and the core values of Crossroads Church of passion for Jesus, love for one another, and love for a broken world. This includes: Committing to a daily personal time with God. Exhibit Christ-like character and loving others as family. Participating in a Crossroads Life Group. Complete Movement Makers Disciple-Making Community   2. Recruit and Develop a. With and through the Music and Tech Directors, recruit and build a multi-ethnic, multi-generational worship team; at least 3 deep at each position at Pgh West b. Seek opportunities to develop the team musically and spiritually   3. Create and Execute a. Serve on Creative team in service design, then make the planned music a reality b. Design creative musical arrangements of both current music and hymns c. Lead the weekly rehearsal.   4. Founding and Lead Pastor Steve Cordle pursued this dream, taking the church from its humble beginnings at the Tonidale Restaurant, to the initial North Fayette campus in Oakdale, to where it is today: a multi-site evangelical church with five campuses in communities surrounding Pittsburgh, PA.
