About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President - Sales, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support our sales and marketing initiatives. Working closely the sales team to oversee the administrative process relating to the preparation of sales quotes and marketing strategies. You will also research industry trends, produce reports, and assist with event planning, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Responsibilities
Marketing
- Assist with the development and execution of print and digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor company social media accounts and compose relevant updates and content in promotion of business activities
- Engage branch managers on a routine basis for location-specific content
- Liaise with Corporate Marketing to ensure material is published
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather and report on important data
- Assist in the organization and logistics of client and promotional events,
- Manage community and event sponsorship
- Work with promotional product supplier to order and distribute marketing and promotional materials
Sales
- Provide administrative and project support to sales team and field office
- Assist with the development and proofing of sales quotes, EOI and RFP
- Gather relevant data, metrics and consolidate required reports
- Administrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collate and file account manager sales reports
- Provide general administrative support to President, Sales & Operations
