Job Summary
Reporting to the President, Sales and Operations, the Sales Coordinator will support the sales and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the sales team to oversee the administrative process relating to the preparation of sales quotes and assisting in marketing strategies. You will also research industry trends, produce reports, and assist with event planning, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support to sales team and field office
- Assist with the development and proofing of sales quotes, EOI and RFP
- Gather relevant data, metrics and consolidate required reports
- Administrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collate and file account manager sales reports
- Provide general administrative support to President, Sales & Operations
- Liaise with Corporate Marketing to ensure material is published
- Assist in the organization and logistics of client and promotional events
- Collaborate with Sales team in vetting community and event sponsorship
- Assist with the inventory for promotional product supplies and to order and distribute marketing and promotional materials
- Perform other duties and assist with other projects as directed by manger
