Position Summary

This is a detail oriented administrative position that supports multiple planning and investment teams in providing exceptional and high-level organizational and administrative support. The position supports teams by preparing forms, reports and documents; completing asset/cash transfers; scanning documents into document portal(s); as well as other administrative tasks to support teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy of the information contained in client reports
  • Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks related to client records
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients to obtain and process paperwork
  • Prepare, deliver, and process forms and documents
  • Process asset/cash transfers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Scan documents to document retention
  • Other administrative duties as needed to support the planning and investment teams

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working experience in a Windows environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with Web-enabled applications and database software
  • Experience supporting multiple teams and prioritizing high-level administrative tasks
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Desire and ability to solve problems and improve processes

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with various portfolio management and client relationship software such as Tamarac, Salentica, Schwab Institutional, Wealthscape, and SalesForce.

Education and Job Experience Requirements

  • 1 -3 years of high-level administrative experience
Salary Range $50,000 - $55,000
