QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, six months experience in floor inspection or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with using an automated CMM and/or vision system is a plus. Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience with blueprint reading and GD&T is a plus. Must have the ability to work in a team environment, as well as multi-task.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic mathematical skills are required. Ability to apply concepts such as decimals, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
