Job Summary
Assist in the development of marketing strategies for the ArchKey Solutions Enterprise and responsible for management of all day-to-day marketing activities while effectively representing the Enterprises services to customers and prospects in accordance with quality and corporate identity standards. This position is responsible for collaboratively coordinating resources and establishing KPI metrics to ensure successful project completion, in alignment with the mission, vision and values and all ArchKey Solutions policies, procedures, key objectives and regulations.

Essential Functions

  1. Project management of key marketing objectives and strategies in accordance with Enterprise and Marketing goals.
  2. Supervise day-to-day marketing mediums for quality and brand/identity standards of web, social, electronic and print materials.
  3. Supervises creation and publication of all marketing material in-line with Marketing strategy, Enterprise strategy and marketing plans. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising, branding, corporate identity, graphic design, photography, presentations, public relations, and when necessary, special events.
  4. Work closely with designers, writers, printers and other third-party vendors to achieve marketing materials that adhere to corporate identity and quality standards on behalf of the Enterprise platform companies.
  5. Supervises marketing project tracking, reporting and database maintenance, and provides staff support when needed.
  6. Manage and improve marketing processes and strategies, measuring results.
  7. Analyze potential strategic partner relationship for Enterprise marketing channels.
  8. Plan and implement promotional campaigns across web, digital, social and print mediums.
  9. Work closely with key stakeholders in the development, management, and launch of new service solutions, brands, and platform additions.
  10. Assist with overall responsibility of brand management and corporate identity alongside Department Head.
  11. Work alongside Department Head, Marketing team members, and stakeholders to develop customer profiles.
  12. Work alongside Department Head to create annual marketing plans across the Enterprise and review with key stakeholders.
  13. Manages purchases and inventory of Company-branded items across the Enterprise.
  14. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant Enterprise functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  15. Leads and implements LEAN concepts and methodologies for continuous improvement of marketing processes and activities. Educates others on LEAN approaches.
  16. Accurately and confidentially maintains Company records and other sensitive business and client data and intellectual property.
  17. Stays informed of new and changing Company procedures, policies, materials, technologies, techniques and practices.
  18. Promotes the Company image through exercising sound and ethical business practices and providing quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers and the public.
  19. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies relevant to the industry.
  20. Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  21. Supports the mission, vision and values of the Enterprise and works creatively to best support the Enterprises long-term goals. Champions and models the Company culture at all times.
  22. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
  23. Follows all guidelines, policies and procedures established by the Enterprise.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5-8+ years of related marketing leadership experience, preferably within the construction industry.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing people.
  4. Keen knowledge and experience with graphic design, digital photography, event planning and coordination, budget management and a broad spectrum of advertising concepts.
  5. Strong analytical and project management leadership and practices.
  6. In-depth experience and skills with LEAN methodologies and applications. Strong process orientation.
  7. Exceptional business development, relationship building and client communication skills.
  8. Demonstrated visionary strategic leadership and communication skills for employee groups at all levels, as well as customers, subcontractors, vendors and other community leaders.
  9. Strong experience and skills in managing and championing organizational change.
  10. Strong attention to detail.
  11. Excellent communicator, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts and the ability to build strong working teams, cultures and relationships at all levels and cross functionally.
  12. Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with senior leaders in a high growth, process-oriented business setting.
  13. Superior listening, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to influence employees at all levels, including senior-level management.
  14. Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex problems with strategic critical thinking skills and detail orientation, as well as to drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative and sensitivity.
  15. High level of diplomacy, integrity and leadership in employee engagement.
  16. Exceptional ability to coach, mentor and develop front line and senior level management, providing support to build high performing, highly engaged teams.
  17. Ability to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
  18. Strong collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with and facilitate diverse work teams.
  19. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office software applications.
  20. Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite software applications.
  21. Holds a valid drivers license.

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. LEAN Certification.
  2. Experience with Office 365 Suite.
