Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  

We are looking for a strong Divisional Leader to oversee Quarry Operations for at least 4 locations in Upstate New York.

This individual will:

  • Develop systems for a safe and efficient operation.
  • Ensures the company is fully compliant by completing all legal and regulatory documents.
  • Can demonstrate a strong understanding of financials to maximize profit and forecasting demand.
  • Manage labor and equipment to ensure effective operations.
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance routine to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Practice a consistent management approach to develop a culture of performance and success.
  • Partner with the foreman to create development plans for each employee under their supervision.
  • Work with senior stakeholders in other divisions to meet customer demands.
  • Preventatively identify and correct problems
  • Identify new opportunities for the company to reach new customers and increases sales
  • Drives the company's direction by explaining the company's mission, vision, and values to employees.
  • Responsible for the selection of new employees and retention of all employees in the division
  • Partners closely with HR and Finance to help achieve company goals

Position Requirements

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team, providing leadership, and successfully driving a company to achieve optimum results.


  • Extensive experience successfully running a medium sized business.
  • Degree in Business Management or Business Administration or similar preferred
  • Working knowledge of different business functions.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive nature.
