Share Email Opening Title First Aid Attendant  Description Title / Position: First Aid Attendant Position type: Seasonal, Full or Part-time; Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports to: Mountain Adventure Park Manager Want to put those First Aid skills to use during the summer season? You can do this as part of the Bromley Mountain Adventure Park staff. Summary: Primary job is to provide first aid and rescue to the guests and staff at Bromley. Additional duties may require ensuring areas are safe and assisting guests. Duties and Responsibilities: Directly responsible for insuring that proper emergency medical care is available for all guests and staff; assisting injured individuals as needed Staff the First Aid room during operating hours Participate in training sessions Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Qualifications and Competencies: Emergency medical professionals with Advanced First Aid skills CPR and Defib certified Work outdoors in spring, summer, and autumn for extended periods & all weather conditions Team oriented Maintain a caring and sensitive attitude towards guest Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Must maintain personal appearance in accordance with Bromley standards Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job operates outdoors and indoors during the spring, summer, and autumn seasons. This includes all forms of seasonal weather found in Vermont. This role routinely uses first aid equipment, solutions, and materials. Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role staffing a First Aid room, with brief periods of intensity if an emergency demands it. Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs over uneven terrain.
