Are you looking to join a dynamic dietary team? Fair Oaks Health Care Center located in Crystal Lake is currently looking for a part-time dietary aide. Fair Oaks hasexceptional teamwork and strong management support. The hours for this position would vary on department needs. Day hours would be 6:30 am-2:30 pm and evening hours would be 4pm to 9 pm. Some holiday coverage is included as well as the opportunity to pick-up extra shifts when available. Come show us your skills! You will be preparing both hot and cold food items for patients, residents, visitors and staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • operates, clean and sanitizes food service equipment, dishses/utensils and work area
  • demonstrates knowledge of and follows the sanitation standards
  • adheeres to food safety guidelines
  • follows diet restrictions
  • provides effective communication and interaction with residents,
  • has basic knowledge of special diets and ensures they are served correctly
