As aCSP RN,you will be responsible for providing care to adult clients with severe and persistent mental health needs. What are the primary responsibilities of this RN position? Medication management, administration(including injections), and education to CSP clients Provide medicalexpertise and consultationto CSP team Coordinate with CSP psychiatrists and other medical professionals and pharmacies Provide basic medical care (including BP screening, BMI, weight, heart rate monitoring, foot checks, blood sugar monitoring, etc.) and health education to CSP clients Provide care for adult clients in their homes and in the community Document activity and complete paperwork as required.
