Share Email Opening Title Digital Marketing Specialist   Description Digital Marketing Specialist Department: Marketing Reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Phoenix, Arizona / REMOTE + TRAVEL Type: Entry Level   Position Summary: This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, on the Digital Marketing team, a part of Marketing Department. Top-level duties include email marketing, text message marketing (SMS/MMS), paid media management, and copywriting. This role works with Trulieve’s marketing messaging teams in the southeast.     Responsibilities: Manage the deployment schedule for email and text message marketing messaging.   Manage the copywriting for email and text message marketing. Work alongside compliance teams to ensure approved messaging is deployed in market. Assist in making SMART flows, automations, drip campaigns for email/text messaging marketing in the Customer Data Platform (CDP)- CRM. Assist with paid media campaigns: Reporting, compliance, creative, copy. Working with the Digital Marketing team on campaign expansions, thought leadership, and engagement. Report on campaign performance, effectiveness, and impact. Managing a KPI dashboard (weekly) for email, text, and paid media.   Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred: Marketing, Advertising, IT, or similar Digital Marketing experience– 2-3 years Experience with SendGrid/Hootsuite/Mailchimp/Klaviyo or similar Experience with text messaging platforms/software Flexibility of hours – nights and weekends Technology proficiency preferred (CRM/CDP/eCommerce) Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment   WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs.
