Assists with the facilitation and coordination of advertising and telecommunication sales, marketing initiatives, and assists Business Development Manager with Economic Development projects and Key Customer utility matters.
Coordinates advertising and telecommunication sales back office work to include scheduling production and installations, and creating advertising schedules, working directly with the sales team.
Coordinates purchased advertising schedules with traffic coordinator for insertion in advertising system, maintaining customer database so that renewals for advertising contracts are maintained.
Assists in preparing telecommunication quotes and contracts for customer base.
Assists with the development of weekly and monthly sales reports.
Assists with the development of marketing tools and initiatives.
Assists the Business Development Manager with available commercial property updates and support for small, medium and large business customers.
Assists Key Customer Representative with customer utility usage to ensure utility rate accuracy and support for business industry.
Responsible for back-office telephony activities which include number ports, E911 entries, associated reports and other related duties.
