The Human Resources Operations Manager is responsible for enforcing and evaluating human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. This position reports to the Chief People Officer. Responsibilities: Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management Participates in company onboarding process to make sure new employees understand MOBE's culture and business objectives Supports MOBE's Diversity & Inclusion program to ensure a diverse workplace and leverage the effects of diversity to achieve a competitive business advantage Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Partner in creating and maintaining recruiting best practices Other duties as assigned to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by MOBE's Guiding Principles   Position Requirements Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent 3-5 years of human resource related experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Project Management skills Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Guiding Principles: We want employees who are kind, talented and committed, who live by our guiding principles and choose to work at MOBE because of these principles.
