Description

The Management Analyst will support on-site analyst services to Total Force Management activities such as: administration, operations, and Human Resource functions.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Collecting and analyzing monthly data related to Installation operational activity.
  • Maintaining a database of shared resources for human resources programs.
  • Recommending communications plans and assisting with preparation, coordination, and publication of strategic communications monthly.
  • Assisting with performance measure development, improvement, and implementation plan, data collection, statistical data analysis, and reporting.
  • Providing policy analysis and policy change recommendations.
  • Tracking documents, e.g., official delegation letters, routing instructions, notices and/or memorandums, awards, evaluations and/or other correspondence, using software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assisting in the management of issue resolution for business operations.
  • Assisting with Regional Human Resources (HR) programs to include performance, incentive awards, employee development, classification, Position Management, and the Foreign Labor Program.
  • Supporting meetings, taking meeting minutes, preparing presentations, tracking action items, etc.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, status reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Provide on-site management analyst services to support the administration of classified operations.
  • Draft for review by government employees: FLCSI departmental instructions, operating procedures, and guidance resulting from Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) initiatives, Departmental or Product & Service (P&S) operational initiatives, or new compliance requirements.
  • Assist in updating the NAVSUP FLCIS website and when requested by a FLCSI product and service lead.
  • Assist in updating and analyzing FLCSI-wide staffing data using Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Assist with performance measure development, data collection and data analysis.
  • Assist in preparing SIPR classified presentations, briefs and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Assist with Defense Travel System (DTS) processing.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
