Pay range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing organization-wide computer systems activities, determining the company's technology needs, and making hardware- and software-related decisions to meet those needs. They will collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure that software and hardware solutions align with the company's operational goals and help produce desired business outcomes. Responsible for creating processes and protocols for software systems, managing server and computer upgrades, and troubleshooting problems.
Minimum Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and progressive, related experience.
- Minimum three years working experience in an IT management position
- Minimum of eight years of experience in Information Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience managing technology projects such as network implementations and system integrations
Preferred Education/Qualifications
- Certification and/or experience in relevant technology or management field, such as Microsoft hardware or network products, Lean Management, cybersecurity, systems architecture
- Experience managing Salesforce or other CRM implementations
- Network/system administration in Windows/Azure environment
- Experience in the field of developmental disabilities is a plus
Special Skills and Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of information systems, computer networking, installation, and administration
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and multiple competing priorities
- Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without the technological training
- Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
