Marketing Manager UK - IE

In this role, you will:

  • The UK/IE Marketing Manager will be our regional marketing support, delivering support to our direct sales teams, focusing on UK/IE and support for other areas in Europe as needed.
  • You will work closely with international marketing and sales, business partner executives, and colleagues in the US headquarters, including product management.
  • The Marketing Manager will help drive the regional marketing strategy to help grow our business in the UK and Ireland.
  • Your primary responsibility is to drive brand awareness and create content through multiple channels to help support and drive sales.
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with thought leaders and KOLs in conjunction with relevant sales and marketing team members.
  • Develop tools and strategies to support and educate sales.
  • Adapt messaging, positioning, and drive the development of marketing materials and programs from our Marketing Team at our headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.
  • Understand local country requirements to ensure locally compelling content and relevant localization.
  • Ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are well communicated and executed and that all necessary support is available to ensure optimum execution.
  • Help manage content and specifications for all tender-related activity for the region.
  • Support sales efforts by developing collateral for all stages of the purchasing cycle.
  • Monitor and report local legislation to ensure we remain compliant and able to capitalize on any new openings
  • Research, identify, and support relevant European tradeshows according to strategic goals.
  • Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brands.
  • Work with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
  • Interact with customers and others via the company's social media accounts.
  • Analyze the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes relevant to the company's marketing activities.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs.
  • Responsible for new product launch strategies and content within the region.
  • Form relationships with sales, marketing, and other principals to support events, training, demonstrations, and product and industry knowledge.

Position Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4-7 years of sales and marketing experience in a high-tech B2B product market.
  • Experience in medical devices is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a broad skill set and a strong results mentality.
  • Experience working with distribution channels.
  • Strong cultural awareness with experience of working internationally required.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and fluency with one other language, preferably French, Spanish, or Italian, is a plus.
  • Strong team player, proven ability in leading and working effectively cross-functionally.
  • A self-starter who can work on own initiatives with high levels of self-discipline to meet objectives and goals within deadlines and manage projects within a set budget.
  • Ability to manage projects and work effectively in a matrix organization, handling multiple tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation and copywriting skills.
  • IT competence (MS Office, Photoshop, Canva)
